Your tasks

• Print preparation of customer components to be manufactured additively
• Post-processing and inspection of parts
• Support and assessment for cost calculations and feasibility analyses
• Maintenance and service tasks on industrial 3D printing machines
• Further development of the necessary processes and technologies
• Monitoring and optimization of machines and processes
• Capacity and quality analyses and derivation of measures

Your profile

• Technical training with initial work experience or completed studies in the technical field
• Experience in the field of additive manufacturing desirable
• Experience with CAD design
• Analytical and technical thinking
• Commitment and self-motivation
• Independent and self-reliant way of working and ability to work in a team
• Good German and English language skills

Therefore, as an Account Manager, you will be in close contact with the buyers and project managers of numerous innovative companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).

Your tasks

• Contacting the customer in order to work out his needs and problems and to be able to offer innovative solutions
• Building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships
• Preparation and negotiation of offers
• Ensuring the timely and successful implementation of orders in accordance with customer needs and goals
• Forecasting and tracking sales key figures (e.g. monthly sales and quarterly or annual forecasts)

Your profile

• Enjoyment of sales-oriented work
• BA / BS degree in business administration, sales or in a relevant area or comparable professional training
• Professional experience as an account manager desirable
• Experience in providing customer-oriented solutions with innovative approaches
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

For our 3D printing production in Barbing (near Regensburg) we are looking for support starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Finishing, reworking and final inspection of manufactured parts
• Sorting and commissioning of individual production orders
• Packing and shipping

What you should bring:

• Skill in craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a team, motivation, independent and self-reliant way of working
• Own car + driver’s license
• Very good written and spoken German
